I teach you to monitor, manage, and eventually master your mind.  So you can: conquer stress, overcome fear and self-doubt, improve your health, increase your happiness, and learn to treat yourself with kindness and compassion.

I help you learn to be at peace – with yourself, others, and the world.  So you can: experience more joy and less suffering, more vitality and less stagnation, more confidence and less conflict (conflict within yourself as well as conflict you experience with others).

I help you see that peace is not only possible, it is powerful.
